We process account identity and contact details, candidate profiles and résumés, company details, job listings, applications, recruiter activity, transaction references, support messages and essential technical logs. Cashfree handles payment credentials through its own checkout.
How we use it
We use information to create accounts, match candidates with jobs, show applications to relevant hiring teams, verify and moderate companies and jobs, manage subscriptions and Priority status, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Who sees candidate information
A hiring team receives the profile and résumé associated with an application when a candidate applies to its job. Candidate information is not offered as a public directory. A candidate should remove sensitive details they do not want to share before applying.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, storage and payment providers process information needed to run the service. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for accounts, applications, support, security and applicable legal requirements. Access or deletion requests can be sent to our support team and may be subject to legal recordkeeping needs.
Security and your choices
We use access controls and private file storage to protect uploaded documents, but no internet service can promise absolute security. You can update your profile and résumé in your account. For privacy questions or an account request, use our contact page.
