1. Service and operator
NaukariDesk is a job discovery and hiring platform operated by VYAPAARIDESK SERVICES LLP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If acting for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate account, company, job and profile information. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorised access to support@vyapaaridesk.com.
3. Candidates and applications
Browsing jobs, creating a candidate profile and submitting a standard application are free. When you apply, your application, profile information and selected résumé are made available to the hiring team for that job. Review these details before applying. NaukariDesk does not promise interviews, offers or employment.
4. Optional Priority application
Priority is an optional paid highlight for an eligible application. It does not guarantee that an employer will view, shortlist or hire a candidate. Employers can see both free and Priority applications and make their own hiring decisions.
5. Employer plans
Company verification and a successfully paid active plan are required before accessing the employer dashboard and publishing jobs. Each purchase covers 30 days, with the concurrent live-job and team-seat limits shown at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically; a new purchase is required after expiry. The displayed price and any applicable taxes should be reviewed before payment.
6. Company and job content
Employers must post genuine, lawful vacancies and keep descriptions, pay information, requirements and company details accurate. We may review, reject, pause or remove content that is misleading, discriminatory, abusive, unlawful or inconsistent with platform rules. A company approval or listing review does not guarantee any candidate's suitability.
7. Platform use
Do not impersonate others, post fraudulent jobs or profiles, misuse candidate data, scrape the service at scale, bypass payment or plan limits, upload malware, or interfere with platform security. Hiring teams may use applicant information only for the recruitment purpose for which it was shared and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Cashfree processes online payments. We record order references and payment status to grant access. Refund eligibility and cancellation requests are described in our refund and cancellation policy. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may pause paid access while they are resolved.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party outages may interrupt it. We may update features or these terms with an updated effective date. Material changes to paid features will be communicated where reasonably possible.
